Easy-Cookies.com is owned and operated by me, Jen! I've always loved to bake fancy cookies and since I had my 2 boys I love it even more. But, now my cookies have to be easy to make and bake. I don't have time to putz around with baking anymore. So in my searches on the internet for easy cookie recipes I could never find anything easy to make. I got so frustrated so I decided to put together a website full of easy cookie recipes for other busy moms and dads like me. I hope you enjoy it here.
