Ice Cream Cookies 1 cup milk Make the pudding mix with milk. Add in the cool whip and blend well. Spread the filling on the flat side of the cookie and set another cookie on top. Press lightly and smooth the edges. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Store in a covered container.
