Peanut Butter

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies 1 cup peanut butter1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons any flavor jelly or fruit preserves Preheat oven to 350* Mix peanut butter, sugar egg and vanilla until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Make a few holes/dents into the top of each cookie and fill with the jelly. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool.
